I did get a few ah ha moments. A lot of stories which makes it easy to listen to, however very few easy to understand tools to put to use right away. I am glad I listened to it. Definitely worth while.

This is one of the most practical NLP audio books I have ever listened to. It really helps to take the mystery out of fears and phobias and the techniques stay simple and practical!

It's even. You can work out of the book easier.

There are many dealing with nerve issues. Monica Frank (not on audio) is very good. Claire Weekes is outstanding.

There are so many things. The information was complete.

Some of the ideas are good. But I felt that the author went to wide in his coverage with very less depth into the real workings of NLP
