The book is very informative. The first few chapters are kind of slow and boring, afterward it will become quite interesting.

It has become one of my favorites. It dissects every emotion we have and why we have them. It gave me a better understanding of how our minds work and arms you with ways to defend yourself from yourself lol

Very good story on how we react in any situation. Whether we react in life using our brain or act in a manner foreign to our basic Instinctual habits. Whether we use our own brains or some other learned brain that has an influence on how we act through our life experiences how we think we should react.
