Becoming a more mentally tough and resilient you!

What I like about this book is that it combines together various practices to build a more mentally strong and resilient mind. Instead of reading multiple books on positive thinking, mental toughness, habits, focus, etc., this book covers them all in one.

Essential for a strong brain

This is what I needed to listen to the most right now. I am struggling in some challenges of my life, and I have been unable to solve them since a few years, but now after listening to this, I know that it was my own mistake that I couldn't resolve the problems sooner, I did not have the right mindset and confidence. But luckily now, after this audiobook,I feel ready to resolve the issue more than any time else. Thank you magical author :)

Relatable, interesting, and applicable

First, I absolutely loved this narrator. The soothing voice for the topic was right on the mark. The information shared through so much personal experience made this very relatable and it is easy to plan how to use and implement.

A guide to be mentally strong

i loved this book. it was exactly what i needed at this stage of my life. i have alot of people pleasing tendencies and i tend to fall into a depressive spiral every time life gets a little difficult. this book was a great help. it was a concise and simple yet very effective guide on how to deal with life and the challenges that come along with it. it helped build resilience and taught me how to become mentally strong. i highly recommend it to everyone who suffers from anxiety and suffers through a mental war within themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So Many Books I’ve Listened to or Read All in This One Book!

I truly connected with this author with all of the personal stories baked into each chapter. Instead of reading or listening to all of the books that helped me pursue being the best version of myself, I could have listened to this audiobook and achieved a greater result because of the way this book delivered the tips, tools, and content that had a profound impact on me. This book is a keeper and one I will go back to time and time again to RE-ARMOR MY MIND!

Motivating and Compact

This book taught me the essence of painting a happy and positive life and guarding my mind. I love the in-depth solution to being successful and resilient. Fitting Title!

Ver cool title that fits perfectly with the theme of the book. Bad things are always going to happen in life, there is no way to avoid them. But instead of being vulnerable for everything that happens this book covers top to bottom ways to help shield and protect yourself from those negative things getting too deep in your subconscious.

I particularly liked the section on dealing with discomforts but keeping your emotional health in check. This book has definitely helped my confidence.
