Listening Again
Excellent advice. My biggest take away is that others who judge us are doing so using their morals and values, not necessarily ours. My other take away is that my critical inner voice may not be someone I would want to hang out with if it was a real person, so why am I giving it so much attention? I need to listen to this book again to hear the advice for a second time.

Absolutely loved it!
I've been following Dr. Julie Smith on Facebook for well over a year, and find her information to be very timely and helpful. I was delighted to hear that she was writing a book, and it does not disappoint.
It's full of great information, fun to listen to and easy to understand. I like it so much that I bought the audiobook and Kindle version for myself, and plan to get the hard copy for my 14 year old daughter. Just wonderful - highly recommend!!

Delightful and insightful
Dr. Julie’s narration made this book especially delightful with her tone and emphasis. However, it’s a read for one and all that can be read and reread for full benefit. Very insightful.

I didn't hope it will be that difficult to follow
I love Dr. Julie and follow her on Instagram. Her 1-minute explanations on social media are amazing and I always enjoy them. However, when reading the book it jut like her fluent ASMR voice interferes with my focus to understand the things she talks about. Occasionally I feel like I am listening to an instrumental music instead of reading the book, and this goes on my nerves. The advice she gives is still very much amazing, but, the presentation might not be ideal for a long format such as an audio book just doesn't work for me.
