One of the best mindful eating books I've listen.

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this type of audiobook because I've been avoiding being told that Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis probably hurting me.

I absolutely recommend this book to all women out there that need help in not only losing weight but wanting to gain more confidence and self-love.

Easy to follow.

This is such an amazing audiobook. I never expected so much from this at first but after using this for a few weeks, the results are totally awesome. I'm so glad I use this as my guy because it has been very helpful and effective for me.

A must for anyone who needs help losing weight

Finally, a self-help weight loss book that really makes sense...and makes it doable! From the numerous options for dropping those pounds (hypnosis, mindful eating, regular meals, et al) to the positive affirmations and tips for tracking progress and eating out, as well as dietary information regarding types of food and how they affect you both physiologically and psychologically, anyone looking to drop a few pounds and keep them off should pick up a copy of Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women.

Powerful effect on the body!!

The audiobook talks a little about hypnosis in the beginning and its benefits and how to find a good practitioner. However, the real value in the book comes from the discussion on weight-loss psychology and other factors influencing weight loss. The mind has such a powerful effect on the body, and I wish everyone would listen to this book to better understand this vital principle!
