A Needed Boost for My Mental and Physical Health

It’s like having a personal toolkit to keep myself balanced, and the benefits are already showing—better focus, less tension, and overall feeling more in control. Simple and Effective

I will be honest, I did not know what the vagus nerve was until I saw this book and wanted to work on some self care. The recommendations are presented in a practical way that allows me to use the exercises without feeling overwhelmed. These are great books :)
