Finding a way to sleep!
As a husband watching my wife struggle with sleep since the birth of our son, I was surprised when she turned this book but its techniques for sleep and mental relaxation have been transformative for her. The chapters on the foundation of hypnosis for sleep delve into calming routines, helping her quiet her mind after long days. The section on overcoming night-time overthinking was especially useful. Even though our son is weaned, she was still up at night with racing thoughts. This book taught her how to use visualization and affirmations to clear her mind and rest more deeply. I’ve seen her stress decrease, and it’s been a relief for us both. Highly recommended for anyone whose partner needs restful nights again.

A great tool for weight loss
I really enjoyed this and I can see how it would help a person lose weight more easily. The narrator has a really soothing voice, and so it makes it much easier to relax and go deeper into the hypnosis and meditations. You end up feeling really light afterwards, and I couldn't help but feel like I had a bit more control over my appetite. I particularly enjoyed the affirmations. I feel like the hypnosis puts your brain into a receptive state, and then listening to the affirmations seems to be more powerful. I think this is a really great option for anyone who is struggling with their weight loss. There's something here for everyone, whether you are interested in hypnosis, meditations, or affirmations - it's all provided here, and I think you'll find this to be very helpful.

2 in 1 hypnosis
This double audiobook focuses on 2 main things, sleep hypnosis and weight loss hypnosis. The first part, book 1 is about sleep hypnosis. It touches on things from deep sleep and insomnia to guided meditations and over thinking at night. I found it to be very calming and insightful. Book 2 is about weight loss hypnosis. This part included very helpful hypnosis exercises specifically to help with cravings and mindful eating. Everything in this 2 part audiobook felt empowering and easy to do. Also the things taught are sustainable for my lifestyle for a long time, which feels encouraging for the future.
