Helping My Grandma Stay Active

I got this for my grandma because I want her to stay strong and independent as she ages. She loves that the exercises are simple and don’t take much time, and I can tell she feels more confident moving around. Bundle that really makes a difference

I love a good bargain, and I got that with this bundle. After my shoulder surgery, I needed help with strength and mobility, and this audiobook was just what I needed. At first I was not convinced an audiobook on working out would work, but it really does. Now I don't have to look at or read anything and can concentrate on my movements.
