This book helps you resolve feelings of codependency by helping you address the source of the problem, and helping you heal those difficult points of pain.
The narrator is engaging and reassuring, and the content progresses systematically and understandably. If you are suffering from issues of codependency, would definitely suggest giving this one a listen.

After listening to this audiobook, I think you’ll be equipped with some great tools for overcoming this often cyclical, destructive force and will be able to take back your life from it. It also covers some of the forces the lie underneath codependency — the fear of abandonment and the fear of not being loved. It’s helpful to see how all of those forces connect with one another.
