Helped me switch my thinking

I have struggled with relationships, people pleasing, and fear of abandonment for so long. I was tired of constantly being anxious I made someone upset so I started looking online and found this book. I am so thankful I started it. This book has allowed me to put myself in a better mindset, switch my thinking and give me strategies to work on myself. If you are someone who struggles with any of these things I highly recommend you give it a chance.

Self awareness and healing

As a Male it’s hard to identify something like this, this book is helped amazingly for beginning my recovery
myself for the rest of my life.
