The narrator sounds like a "computer" voice.

It was hard listening to this book due to the narrator's computer sounding voice. The content was interesting.

Boring and Mechanical

The advice in this book doesn't have much assertiveness advice, just a lot of things to be aware and careful of, also it's presented in a very mechanical cookie cutter fashion, not how real conversations, specially assertive ones, happen. vague enough to be totally useless

No practical tips or tricks, no concrete suggestions, just vague precepts without any factual backing or support. This audiobook was a complete waste of $8.
