Must Listen For Senior Citizens And Adults!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator gives us 55 balance exercises for seniors. As sedentary lifestyles consume the West, weakness and vertigo are becoming more and more common at younger and younger ages as people age.

This book is a wonderful resource filled with exercises for vertigo, exercises to improve flexibility, eye exercises, and strength exercises. It also lays out very useful weekly exercise routines.

Exactly What I Needed

The author of 55 Essential Balance Exercises for Seniors has done a wonderful job putting together a no-frills book on what exercises seniors need to strengthen their core, muscles and balance without doing any further harm. Once past the initial explanation of anatomy and how everything works, the exercises are each described in easy to understand detail, even if just listening and not seeing diagrams. The narrator, who's voice I really enjoyed, was deliberate in his explanations as well as explaining what each exercise does for you. Finally at the end, the author provides an actual week-long exercise routine, so the reader doesn't have to try and sort which days to do what. Really an easy-to-understand, helpful book. Highly recommended.
