Great resource!

I loved the detail in this audiobook. The author shows you exactly how to build muscle in every area of your body and everything is science backed. Tremendous help to my workout goals

A Complete Home Workout!

Most home workouts get a bit boring after a while. This is different, there is plenty of variety. Not everyone has time to go to the gym and this well-produced audiobook will help you to build muscle mass, using dumbells and resistance bands. Highly recommended

This audiobook has been helpful since I tried many workouts to build up muscle mass. I always give up because I note that it was not for me because I lose weight quickly. However, this book has shown me how my body works, so I can understand how to build up muscle mass. My main concern was how to have more volume in my body since I am skinny. But now I know how to have that volume without being a fatty woman.

Great home workout guide!

This is great especially for places where the gym is still closed due to COVID. Very very detailed guide that provides a variety of different workouts to build muscle and keep the body in shape in the comfort of your own home! It's easy to get lost with sea of workout videos in the internet but this book gives you an outstanding plan to follow while giving you facts about how the body works with muscles. Great narration here that delivers the content well, making the information easy to follow! Highly recommended to all that need a solid home workout plan!

Exercises that can be done at home

No where in the title or the description of this audiobook did it say it was for men only, so I was taken aback when the first chapter started with the anatomy of the male body. Since I already started listening, I decided to just listen to the end. Even though the last chapter also specifies nutrition for the male body, I still felt there was useful information in the book for women too. These days, it’s not only men that want to build muscle mass and having detailed exercises that can be done at home to target specific muscle groups was useful.

Great resource for home workouts!

This is great for anyone who doesn't want to go to the gym or doesn't have a personal trainer and can be able to work out at home. There are so many types of work out you can try yourself at home and where you want to focus on working out. Not only focus on exercise, but the author also gives advice on the nutrition parts as well. Highly recommended!
