Rewiring my brain for good.

Badass who doesn’t take any crap from anybody?

I like it .. some of them a bit odd but overall it helps..it’s super long and touches many areas of life

Life changing

This is the best affirmation book I’ve tried. It’s impeccably organized and literally changed my life. Just let it play in the background as you go about your day, or leave it playing while you sleep. I listen in my car too. The affirmations for money, health, and weight loss really work. The motivational quotes are top tier. Transformative.

Jessica (Narrator) are you ok?

During chapter 16 (1:02:31) the narrator has a 10-15 second meltdown. I hope she’s doing ok!

Great overall but some snarky Affirmations

I don’t know if it was intentional or the narrator is just burnt out but in Chapter 13 Fitness at 24:24 she says,” Someone more busy than you is working out.” Not sure how that is an affirmation but taking my time out of my day to buy and listen to this audio doesn’t make me less busy than anyone else. Sounds passive aggressive and counter productive to what this book represents… not very positive at least in that Chapter but overall a good and ambitious positive affirmation at least in the majority of the chapters.
