This audiobook starts in January but each month is a different chapter so you can skip to the month you are in. I like that this is a true audiobook. she repeats the affirmation slowly twice, pauses to allow you to repeat it, then says a little about the affirmation and what it means and how to apply it. This audiobook also comes with a matching pdf for those that want to read as well as listen.
