Great for relaxation
Some great mindfulness techniques and meditation to help you relax, reduce stress and find inner peace. I think we are all guilty of letting our mind run away with itself from time to time but using the strategies outlined in this book help you to reduce the inner noise and find peace and relaxation

Loved this and the results!
This book was so helpful to me as I tend to be a "control freak" and a perfectionist. Practicing the techniques in this book helped me achieve balance and harmony in very little time. Just like anything else, practice makes perfect. The breathing exercises and meditations were not only practical but enjoyable. Taking the time for self-compassion and nurturing was not something I did often. This book has changed my life in so many ways. Highly recommend.

Powerful, helpful advice
After listening to this book, I immediately told my wife about it. She suffers from panic/anxiety disorder, and there is a ton of helpful information that applies to what she goes through daily. I look forward to seeing the positive effect this will have on both our lives.

Emotional regulation is the key
Having recently filed for divorce, I was finding that my inner peace was being continually challenged and I was struggling to self regulate and needed some support to help me find my peace again. This audio was well narrated, providing engaging and thoughtful content on how to help me find my inner peace and it was really insightful. Chapter 5 for me is a game changer, as its a big part of inner peace, dealing with your emotions and understanding them so they dont let my mind run away with negative thoughts and actions. Well thought through chapters which build on previous knowledge throughout and I found the exercise to be really beneficial for keeping me calmer as I navigate my divorce and for other life situations that happen as well.
