This was a beautiful listen that enabled me to find my calm in every track. I’ve tried a lot of meditation apps, but this collection feels like a little oasis in my day. The 33 guided sessions are short enough to fit into my busy schedule, yet deep enough to really quiet my racing thoughts. I especially loved the anxiety-relief tracks that helped me breathe through stressful moments at work.
Whether I need a quick mental reset, some self-love reminders, or a little grounding, this is my go-to.
