When the day is heavy and you wanna get a quick nap this is my on the go audio. Almost all her audios makes it easy to fell asleep. This one is a top tier and orchestrates to the highest level. If you would ask em it helps for mood issues, yes it does. Hear it and feel it.

Got so invested with this
I didn't even notice how I've already finished the whole audiobook hahaha, I enjoyed listening to this one so much.
