Listening to this at a young age


Not a senior but I want to learn more about balance & strength. I find this audio quite informative especially for us younger ones. Practicing these steps are for everyone regardless of your age. So go listen to this and make sure you put it into practice! 😉

So effective!

My Not-Yet-Senior Mom

I wanted to check this out first to try and see if I could let my mom use it during her daily morning exercise, but she just told me she doesn’t even do yoga. I guess I need to start convincing her to do so, or I’m using this on my young adult self. I personally like the pace, not too fast and not too slow either. It’s just enough to feel at ease. It’s great for beginners, both young and old!
