Meditation reminds me of a certain fictional character that does a lot of zen poses every now and then. I wonder if the sounds from this audiobook is what’s inside his head. Personally, with how disruptive my mind can get, this helps me unwind and let go of all my worries. A single bong from a zen bowl and I feel it slipping away bit by bit.
