Effective and Insightful!
While listening to this book, I was reminded that I am absolutely deserving of self-care. At one point, it mentioned that mid-age women crave self-attention, and I realized how true that is for me. Half a century has passed, and I deserve to prioritize myself. This book takes the guilt out of growing older and wiser. There is a wealth of knowledge on how to balance hormones, burn fat, and boost mental clarity and energy, all while incorporating intermittent fasting into one’s lifestyle. That can be hard, I know. I have a job that requires lots of my energy so not eating is a big deal! But what I found most helpful was the focus on altering the fasting process according to your body's needs, which made it feel flexible and achievable. This audiobook does a great job of covering not just fasting, but overall health and vitality. If you're looking to age gracefully and finally put yourself first, I highly recommend this audiobook!
