Not a fan

The AI narration was flat and simple words mispronounced repeatedly.. story wasn't bad for the genre. I'm out of things to say but the app wants a longer review.

Virtual voice defeats the story

Overall I enjoyed the book but the virtual voice really didn’t help the story. The voice was distracting because of the mispronunciation and run on sentences. The story was pretty good and I enjoyed it but the narrator just made it bland.

It could have veen really good. Virtual voice made it so hard to listen. Other than that it was good story.

Virtual Voice is terrible.

The story itself is good. It moves at a good clip and is interesting. Virtual voice puts people out of work and detracts from any listening experience.

Very good story and it will definitely draw you in

This is a very surprisingly good story and it will definitely draw you into it quickly. The writer does so much right to keep your attention with how well the characters are and how the story unfolds. Excellent work from a very creative perspective on this subject and Will definitely be on the lookout for the rest of this series. Only drawback really is the virtual voice has a negative impact on this great story. It's very flat and emotionally as dead as the zombies but even this and how the writer gets a little description overboard at times does NOT slow the pace of this story. will be following this author and looking for more of their work. RECOMMENDED FOR ZOMBIE FANS!!!

Solid plot

Why use AI voice if you don’t fully use AI for what it is? Use it to make characters sound slightly different, should be a breeze all things considered. A human does a better job than an AI, on top of that humans can pronounce words correct when AI cannot as well as use exclamation on words instead of droning out yelled words. Like “Move Move Move!” Anyone who read that knows how it’s supposed to be read, instead you have AI saying like this “move. move. move.” Like what the f man…

Nothing new

The Ai narrator ruined it for me. This could have been an ok story, and maybe it gets better in the second book but there isn't a compelling reason to continue listening. I only finished it because it helped me fall adlerp.

no more AI narrators

the AI ruined what could have been an engaging story. The monotone reading made following multi person scenes difficult. And the mispronouncing of words drove me crazy.
