Great way to learn to support a loved one

My mom has been having a lot of problems with her balance in the last few years, and I keep telling her she needs to do simple chair yoga. She always brushes me off but after I listened to this book, I knew this was going to be a great book for her. I appreciate the PDF that comes with the book so she can listen to it, but I also have the pics as a reference to ensure she is doing things right. The author is very thorough with the exercises and the explanations of how to stay safe, alternatives in case something is too difficult or you have an injury, and overall, telling the listener to be patient with themselves. I told my mom to support her, I'd be happy to do these with her so I found 2 chairs and took to her house so now we are going to meet up weekly to do them together. Hopefully, my support will encourage her to implement the exercises regularly.

Perfect Fit for My Grandmother!

Whole Health Guide

I really liked the additional nutrition information. This book covers all health aspects seniors need to be addressing, as well as the yoga instruction. Perfect for my 81 year old Mom. (Make sure you download the PDF to go with the audiobook.)

Really great!

This audiobook provides very detailed descriptions to exercises, and the free pdf ensures you still have access to the illustrations. I was pleasantly surprised to see that other topics like mental health and nutrition were also tackled in this book. A valuable listen for those wanting to get some exercise in, who might have mobility challenges.

i love the short workouts

the hardest part of working out is making time sometimes and i found this to be quick and easy. it has 10-minute chair yoga exercises designed to reduce fall risk. I found the instructions to be clear for beginners making it easy to add to a daily routine, would recommend

Lots of good information.

I never thought that I could get a workout from sitting in a chair, but when I tried the suggested exercises as shown it was very invigorating. Having the illustrations is a bonus! I think I can do this!
