Life Changing!

amazing
it was great to hear how just a reminder of the nutrition that you put in your body can do so many amazing things for you. I will continue do you highlight in my hard copy, print off grocery list, and three listen to the audible.

SHOULD NOT BE ON AUDIBLE
While the information in this book is decent, it shouldn’t have been made into an audiobook. I couldn’t even get through it. The narrator goes between Cara “speaking” then Christina, it’s exhausting.

so awful Audible is jammed and book will NOT go on
The quality of the this book is awful. Really looking forward to it and book did NOT read after chapter one. NO SOUND AFTER CHAPTER ONE. So now I do NOT get to hear this book and I lost my Audible credit. NEVER had any other problem with Audible books ordered. This is very poor quality, really its broken. I cannot refund then rebuy, again I really wanted to hear this book. Poor quality from publishers because many other Audible books downloaded and no problem.

Dissapointed with the Narration
There was a TON of great information in here. However, I think I would have liked it better if the actual authors narrated it. That's a lot of the time I buy books written by people I admire. I get to hear the inflection in their voice. Also, it was weird how they announced the the writer's names as it went back and forth between them. Overall, the information was worth it to me to put up with the weird narration style.
