Such a helpful book to bring on the glow

I feel amazing after quitting sugar, and this book helped me get there. I have more energy, my skin is clearer, and my food actually tastes better. I’ve read a lot of healthy eating books and this one is so comprehensive - not just facts about why sugar isn’t helping us, but also recipes, an anti-candida cleanse, and tips for dealing with common cravings. I also loved the personal stories that the author told. Excellent work!

Perfect!

Exactly what I was looking for to start a healthier lifestyle by cutting out sugar. I have a sweet tooth that has become a problem but I have always had sugar in my life its hard to know where to start. I enjoyed the beginners style basics and the diet battle plan. Practical and Informative

This book offers detailed, practical, and easy-to-follow guidance on reducing and even eliminating sugar from one's diet. I really appreciate the focus on whole foods, especially fruits and vegetables. The recipes are extensive and easy to follow as well. Overall, this book conveys a "can-do" approach.

AMAZING LIFE CHANGING INFO!!!

From the first page, I was hooked. I was so touched by the opening and how the author shared such a personal story which was part of what led to her ultimate decision to completely restructure the quality of her life and eating patterns. It is clear that the author truly knows what she is talking about and has done years of study and implementation over the past decade.

Even though I’m what you would I call a “health nut” and make sure to get in my exercising daily, I learned SO much in this audiobook that I will definitely implement into my own lifestyle. The no sugar is what I strive for, because I know there is a history of diabetes in my family, and my doc has cautioned me to be cognizant of that.

I also never really knew what keto really meant until it was broken down so eloquently by the author. My goodness ! It all makes sense to me now. Everything works together holistically. I’m going to do even better from now on to get my my diet on point. And I’ll also try to eliminate those “cheat days”. Lol Listen to the audiobook and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Nothing should be an excuse for us to put foolishness into our bodies . Oh and the anti -candida cleanse !!! Yesss I have to do that too.

This book is amazing and I think I’ll have to get the hard copy so I can underline and mark the book all the way up!! Too much good information, I wouldn’t have the strength to take notes by hand!!!

Great

The focus of this book is on quality of life - as opposed to weight loss and looking good - I find that very refreshing and a better motivator for me at least. The information on glycemic index is a very helpful way to easily make some big changes. Overall an excellent book.

Zero sugar diet made simple!

With sugar in literally every food these days, it can be virtually impossible to stick to a zero-sugar diet in 2022. This book is a breakthrough and will help you stick to a sugar-free diet (for real this time!). The author offers practical tips on how to stick to a zero-sugar diet, things to watch out for, and how to plan and prepare for your trips. Fantastic book!

It is definitely a complete and informational book

Just loved it. I can assure this book is complete, because it approaches every important aspect. Great resource not only for nutritional matters but for habits, mindset, the importance of drinking water regularly, and planning your meals in advance. It's all there; go and check it out. It's definitely worth it if you are looking to change your eating habits and lifestyle.
