Kind of pointless
this is simply argument why you should be doing Keto. Chances are, if you've bought this, you've already made that decision.
I got it on sale for, I don't know, under five bucks.
I'm probably not going to try to return it.
It wasn't terrible.

This book covers everything about Keto that I need
I'm so glad I found this book! I've been wanting to try the keto diet for a while, but I was a little intimidated by all of the information out there. I was looking for a comprehensive guide to the keto diet and intermittent fasting, and this book has everything I need. The author breaks it down for beginners, and it's really easy to follow. The food list is very helpful and the recipes look delicious. I've tried the plan and it works for me! This is a great resource for anyone who is looking to make a positive change in their lives.
