Great guide

very informative

If you are over 50 and want to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle, this book is a must-read, especially if you are a beginner to it. There is no extreme dieting or anything like that. And while there are a few cons (mentioned in this book), there are more benefits. This book will take you through the different intermittent fasting methods, bust a few myths, discuss what health effects intermittent fasting has on the body and mind, meal plans, fitness plans, goals, and how to track it all.

Fabulous Fast

As a woman over 50 who has tried intermittent fasting unsuccessfully, I was excited to learn why it did not work. I am looking forward to trying it again correctly now that I have this resource. From types of foods to timing, this author reveals the reasoning behind the timing and the tips to food combinations, meal planning, goal setting and mindset. The author went further and has included exercises that can done outside the gym, how to track progress, and even how to stay motivated! Excited to start the new journey to effective weight loss!

Easily Explained

The author has hit it out of the park with this book! The way the author goes through and explains what intermittent fasting is, the benefits, the ease of it, and how it will benefit you is done in such a way that it is very easy to understand and follow. The author addresses that intermittent fasting may not work for everyone, which is okay as everyone’s body reacts differently. Being that the book is for women over 50, there are other factors to consider as a woman's body starts to go through additional hormonal changes and other age-related changes

The author provides practical guidance on creating an eating plan, creating a schedule, and adding a fitness plan that works best for you and where you are in life. The author considers many different health factors in someone’s life and brings those into the book so people can learn how to fast safely.

Chapter 7 is all about adopting the right mindset. If you go into fasting without being mentally prepared or knowing why you are doing it, you are likely to fail. This chapter is imperative to review, understand, and make a pact with yourself to jot down your goals and the why’s. Why are you doing this? How did you end up in a situation of needing to fast? What will you do when you feel the urge to return to old habits etc.

The author has done an amazing job of ensuring that the person getting this book has all the information they need to start their new journey to a healthier lifestyle.

A Must Have!

This is a one of a kind audiobook book. The narration is excellent and the author gives you exactly what you want to know about how to anti age using intermittent fasting. I learned a lot!!

The author did great to explain how fasting works. I understand the benefits better now. I liked that the book included mindset, goals, and the types. I hadn’t know types even existed but thanks to this book I do now! Highly recommend.

I wish I had this book earlier

This book was written for women like me that are over 50, looking for a way to lose weight, and have some anti-aging and health benefits. The author acknowledges the different physical challenges older women face and gives ways to address them. The different methods of intermittent fasting are laid out so that we can choose the one that fits our lifestyle the best. Until I listened to this book, I was unaware of the different health benefits of this way of eating and I am thrilled to have that information now. I have tried Intermittent fasting before but was doing it wrong. This book gives me a step-by-step guide to do it correctly. Great guide
