Be A Resilient!
Life does not get easier with the passage of time. Actually it makes you stronger to cope with the hurdles smartly. But its not same for everyone because most of us lack with the resilience and then we not find a right roadmap to go along with the tough realities of life. So, this is an interesting and informative book to let you guys out of unstable state.
It is really a motivational tool for youth!

Build a resilient spirit
Informative, well narrated and the chapter about creating a resilient spirit is a life changer! It goes sulo much deeper than just our minds and the chapter on the spirit is something I have been missing for years. Every chapter has gold in it and it's highly recommended.

Phenomenal!
I didn't know exactly what to expect from this book, but the author has done a fabulous job of tackling a tricky subject. I loved the section on greater resilience and the High-self esteem. I have learned a ton about lowering anxiety and ways to manage challenges in life. The narrator also has an excellent voice for the material - a joy to listen to!

We all agree that life is not a bed of roses but life is also not a bed of worrior. I think it is tottally up to us how we make our life better to worst and worst to best! We all need a direction in our life so that we can work on it to stay in a right path.

Strengthen your mind!
Emotional resilience is a topic that's not spoken about very often but that has a profound effect on our lives. The author does a great job of explaining why building confidence and reducing stress are fundamental to your success. Easy listen yet powerful
This is an easy quick listen but is very powerful on what is offered. I really enjoyed the chapters for people who are now famous but still struggled like JK Rowling and Colonel Sanders. I enjoy how the author laid out the book to really lead you to be successful and to start taking action. I think all of us have so much on our minds that life passes us by so fast. This is a reminder to really focus on what we want and continue to follow our dreams.
