Show yourself some compassion!
I very much enjoyed this audiobook! The strategies are easy to understand and implement. It does not claim to be a one size fits all solution, but rather provides guidelines for each individual to define self worth for themselves. The author presents many good suggestions to bring positivity into our lives and to nurture self-confidence. Highly recommended!

Wow! this book has just placed another force in me, and I am burning with it. If you lack self-confidence, you must read this book. Most of us believe what people say about us, and most times, we are negative to ourselves, and we say this in our heads multiple times. Self-Confidence!
You are amazing! Everyone has their opinion of you. But you, what do you think of yourself? Do you have confidence in yourself, in your talents?
I was curious about this book for a friend who has self-confidence issues. I would have liked the chapters to have titles to get an idea of the content of the chapter. I enjoyed Chapter 3 on how to build your self-confidence. Chapter 4 was about driving fears away. Basically, I liked this audiobook.
I recommend it to all women who suffer from self-confidence.

Perfect book!

Powerful insights!
I enjoyed this book that is chalked full of valuable and essential information that is part of a series, and the narrator is very engaging. Christine goes into the many ways to improve yourself outside of positive thinking. She breaks it down into the key elements to strengthen yourself internally by boosting self-confidence that makes you more resilient. I loved the phrase, "when you trust yourself, you know mountains are meant to be moved, not feared." She uses examples to convey that it makes you love yourself to create happiness and content in your own body. She offers tips on cultivating qualities that need to be practiced and not as a quick fix and to surround yourself with positive, like-minded people. How the reflection on a bad experience or in growing up, she says to get to the bottom of the issue so that you can resolve it, so you don't remain in the negative that can create self-doubt.
Christine delves deeper into getting rid of fears and anxieties and how they affect motivation and physical health symptoms. How you need to rewire your brain with therapy or various methods such as meditation, exercise, journaling and mindfulness, and more. Christine also talks about social media, how what you see may not be the reality, and to "take it with a grain of salt." so that it doesn't create more anxiety in oneself to achieve the perfection seen.
This is an excellent guidebook to assist in achieving a better, improved, focused mind to create a much better you. This empowerment book guides you from start to finish with very detailed sub-topics about methods to strengthen, and each one written in detail on how to apply.
I highly recommend this book regardless if you've read other empowerment self-improvement books. Christine goes beyond the think positive with practical and easy steps to accomplish the end goal.
