This was a definite eye opener. It gives insight into how you can develop a more stern and stronger confidence within yourself and maintain it. Enjoyed the authors writing and the narration.

'On repeat'
This book is great as it highlights different situations where we might need a confidence boost. it gives great advice for self talk to build your confidence so you can tackle any situation and accomplish any personal or career goals. Using this every few months or even more if needed, is a great way to remind yourself to stay confident and positive about your abilities. I will have this on repeat play for sure.

The Confident New You
This book had a lot of great information on facing your fears and boosting you confidence. I did appreciate all the information and I can see myself putting it to use.
My one minor complaint... at the end of each section was a request to leave a review. I do understand the importance of reviews, but I didn’t need to hear it multiple times during a book that was less than and hour and a half long.

Some Good Ideas to Boost Confidence
There are some good ideas and exercises in this book to help boost one's self confidence. For the most part, I found the book informative. However, there were a few things I didn't agree with which made starring the story difficult. An example would be dumping friends because they aren't full of confidence themselves, I disagree. I think it should have been worded differently. I think the author should have said if you have friends who bring you down or keep you in the state your in then dump them. Not just dump them because they have low self esteem. So I decided to give the story three stars, wording is everything! The narration was spot on and a good fit. Overall it's worth listening to if you're looking for ideas on how to boost your confidence but I suggest looking into other books as well.
