Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia, includes extreme fear of certain social situations, especially situations that are unfamiliar or in which you feel that others are watching or evaluating you. These social situations may be so frightening that you are just anxious to think about them or have a long way to go to avoid them.
Underlying social anxiety disorder or social phobia is fear of public scrutiny, judgment, or embarrassment. Most useful audio book on anxiety I have come across so far. Jason Cure method is based on the practice of recognizing social stress and controlling all its possible physiological and mental antecedents. The suggestions, exercises, and tips cover every type of shyness, and there are many self-assessment tools to pin down specific types of shyness. Conveying thoughtfulness without pretense, she has a limitless range of pitch combinations that always make her phrasing sound fresh. A must have for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression or shyness. It gives you all the necessary confidence you need anywhere.

Happiness is in the quality of your thoughts. If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life. And that's exactly what this book teaches you how to do. This was a helpful and informative book. I suffered with panic attacks when I was in college and I wish it would have been around back then. The book contains a lot of information about intrusive thoughts, which myself and millions of other people deal with on a daily basis.
