Should be a required listen for all men
Even if your self esteem and confidence is already high, there is much to be gleaned from this. For me, I didn't realize how low my esteem had become until giving this a listen. This meaty audio book is presently clearly and concisely. Within hrs of starting, I already began recognizing and changing self destructive thoughts and behaviors. Highly recommended.

This is one amazing book!
I am a big masculine man but I get scared when I am talking to women. My throat locks up and I start sweating and I just turn into a big mess. However since I started reading "Self Esteem for Men", my whole dating life has changed. I am no longer as shy as I once was and now I can get any woman that I want. Thanks Christian Ford!

info is great but...
