Wow!
That was very neat. I passed out after about 20 minutes of listening. Normally I take a very long time to fall asleep closer to 45 minutes to an hour. Super relaxing and pleasantly eerie

Works every single time....
I'm an avid sound machine listener at night and tried this on a whim, perfection. It took no time to fall asleep and that is a rarity for me. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Forceful
Parts of this soundscape are beautiful and embracing. Yet significant portions of the sound engineering are forceful in directing the mind’s attention to the path of the sound. Thus I didn’t find it so peaceful and encouraging of mindfulness as I found it willful on its own behalf.
I did not hear a narrator.
I much prefer Sara’s compositions in the vein of Tuning In, a much more spiritually generous track.

totally works
I have no idea why it works but it did. I had been struggling to fall asleep for days and the usual rain sounds weren't cutting it. when this started, I thought, "this is going to keep me awake...the tones are dissonant." to my shock and great relief, I almost immediately found myself drifting off.
