The Right Book by the Right Author at the Right Time
This book is the best one about emotional dysregulation caused by Complex PTSD that I have read.
Anna Runkle masterfully explains the topic in an easily understood style, and her illustrative stories are interesting.
She also offers realistic strategies to relieve dysregulation that can easily be used whether the reader is in therapy or not.

Finally I know why talk therapy has been a slow crawl
This book has opened my eyes to the whole world of cptsd. For years I’ve search and tried various treatment such as cbt. To address my depression and anxiety. Recovery is possible! Finally!
