A Step Towards Healing and Transformation

I have Bipolar I and OCD and I found the different grounding excercises especially helpful to calm my mind, bring me present and help me sleep.

I liked that the author shared: foods, supplements, light therapy, aroma therapy, tech, and apps that support neural health.

Although healing and transformation doesn't happen over night, reading or listening to this book is a first step forward to finding happiness and well-being.

Self healing

I was touched by how much this book emphasize healing myself. I’ve been stuck with medical specialist prescriptions for so many years and I think I may be able to break free using some of these methods.

Excellent resource!

This book is a wealth of knowledge and also gives some ideas I would have never thought of such as analyzing our technology usage and AI.

The book builds upon a lot of options that most of us have available to us already such as being present in nature, nutrition, and breathing techniques. I also appreciated the additional resources that people can pursue such as Neurofeedback and somatic yoga. I would recommend this to anyone not just for healing your nervous system but as a good resources for overall wellness pursuit.

Lots of valuable information!!

Awesome Audiobook!

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook from the very beginning. I learned so much about healing our nervous system, especially from trauma.
I found this audiobook to be well-paced and the reader's voice to be incredibly soothing. I will be sending this audiobook to friends and family!
I pray this lands in people's carts and libraries because it provides incredible insight. Healing our nervous system and healing from trauma can be so difficult, but I don't doubt with this audiobook people will find the way to healing for good.

Less stress is best!

This will make your life so much better! I am constantly on edge having a toddler 24/7 and being a SAHM. This book provides you with so many ways to regulate your nervous system and feel happier and healthier.
