Very inspiring audiobook

Affirm your way to a better life
I bought this for my wife as she's into affirmations. I've not been too convinced but she's had this book on a lot in the background over the last few days and the phrases do start to stick in your head after a bit. If you get stuck in negative thought loops this is actually a great solution. It's a bit like getting that catchy song in your head and you just can't stop thinking about it, but in this case, it's positive thoughts that are actually going to benefit your mood, your relationships, your career and your life! It's great to have nice thoughts last night before you to sleep and when you wake up in the morning. I seem to be sleeping better too!

This book was so helpful
I bought this book for my sister. As her statements this audiobook is essential for all women at this precise time, as COVID-19 has our society full of negative emotions. This audiobook from Rewire the Brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. Also I was very impressed with the content of this book. Well-scripted and awesomely narrated. You can listen to it any time of the day even during work breaks so you can easily de-stress!
