Good confessions.
This author isn't totally a fan of wording affirmations as if they are already true, but many others use affirmations like "I am rich", "I am slender and fit" etc. But if those bring up resistance, it is up to you if you want to continue using them as if things have already happened, or reword it so it is more believable. I think that Louise L Hay is also an important author to have in such a collection. I started with her several years ago.

this is something that I listen to everyday
I found this at a time when I needed it most and I will listen to this regularly on a daily basis like I do many of my audible books. It's a short book but it's not the size of the book that matters, it's the content and the quality of the content that's in it. When you change someone's mind you change their life.
