A Simple Boost for Your Day
i have never really been a big believer and a fan of affirmations, but this book helped me to give them a try. What I appreciated most was how relatable and practical the affirmations felt—no big and cheesy lines, just statements whch resonated with me.
I started doing a few into my mornings ( for example for overcoming negative thoughts) and few in the evenings (for stress relief ), and honestly, I can see a nice little mindset shift. Saying them out loud feels strange at first, but with more practice I was starting my day with more positiveness confidence and focus and sleeping better at night.
The book is well-organized, so it’s easy to find affirmations that you need ( whether it’s building confidence or shifting your perspective around money and success stress, negativism).
If you’re looking for a small, manageable way to introduce more positivity into your daily routine, I’d definitely recommend this. It’s a refreshing and low-pressure approach that’s already made a difference for me!
