Surprisingly Good!

The title of this book sums up two major problems in my life and based on the cover I wasn't sure if this book would be helpful for me. I'm happy to report that many of these tactics Tony Strong talks about have been very effective for me. Definitely give this a listen :)

Feeling better already!!

I was drawn to this book because, although I have a fairly positive outlook on life, there are certain negative thoughts that have been plaguing me for quite some time. The one crucial thing I’ve learned from this book is that our thoughts are the one thing we can always control - we just have to learn how to do that. One of my favorite things about this book is that it includes lots of practical steps that you can implement now and see an immediate change. If you’re looking to replace your negative thoughts and find a new perspective, get this book right away!

Go ahead and chase your happiness.

When you accept that no one owes you anything, your transformation will start. Nothing kills positivity like the thought that others owe you. Life isn’t always fair, but if we continue to victimize ourselves and blame others, we will never be happy. Don't wait for the world to do something for you, the key is in yourself. Go ahead and chase your happiness.

No one has to put with Negative Emotions!

It was very hard for me to accept that my way of thinking was so negative. My friends and family pointed it out to me, but I did not want to admit it, neither to them nor to myself. Then I got this book and I realized that the key to my happiness is in my own hands. No one has to put with Negative Emotions!

Offers practical advice

Awesome book!

Lot's of great strategies that are easy to use and make it so that I have control over my own thoughts! If anyone is looking for straight to the point tactics on how to stop self sabotaging yourself, I'd definitely recommend this book!
