parent guilt and terrible narration

1. listening to the narration of this book was painful. the narrator clearly didn't know the subject. For instance, she referred to the DSM-V as the " DSM dash V". its Roman numerals! The rhythm was so awkward, I couldn't understand what she was talking about.
2. I started this as a parent looking for solutions for my anxious daughter. the first couple chapters basically informed me that its our fault because we are anxious parents. great. way to help MY anxiety.
I wanted to give it more of a chance but had to stop. The narrator made it torture.
