Learning About Impulse Factors Was Useful
Impulse factors are basically ways of triggering someone's fear that they will miss out, or desire to compete with their peers. If you know how to press someone’s buttons and trigger these responses, you can get people to do what you want really easily.

Learn about double binds and start using them to
Holy moley, there are some really good techniques in this book! I will have to listen to this audiobook a few more times just to be able to get all the steps. I am also going to keep a journal like the book suggests so I can practice and really take this seriously. My favorite technique so far is double binds, because it's fairly straightforward but so effective.
