Publisher's summary

After centuries alone, he's finally found a place to belong...in her.

Ezo is an alien who's crazy about all things Earth. He can’t wait to get there in person and experience it all for himself - pizza, chocolate, flirting. After a lifetime of being alone on his old planet, he’ll finally have a place he can call home.

But when he arrives, a mate has already been chosen for him. Ana is waiting as soon as he exits his shuttle. She’s beautiful, colorful, and seems as excited to meet him as he is her.

He’s never known such happiness. Everything is perfect...until it’s not. Because, Ezo isn’t a free man. He has a mission to accomplish. One that his entire race is depending on. But accomplishing his mission could mean having to leave his beautiful Ana behind.

Well hell

Short with interesting punch. I very much enjoyed this book and the one before it. Though they are both short I believe worth the credit. I’m going to be anxiously awaiting the next book to come out.

Catfish but for Aliens

Pure, sweet, delicious fan service. I was grinning from ear to ear the entire listen. The readers are really amazing in this one. Ezo is so likeable. He's naive, enthusiastic, yet still so Alien. Make no mistake, there is nothing I didn't like about this book.

Ana is selfish but she's very self-aware and that really sells her character. I never disliked her for what she did and she gets to the right/ honest place eventually. There is one scene in the story that seems to have been taken out and is talked about in the past tense. I felt cheated out of that bit of story since this is so short and Ezo is so damn adorable. I wanted all of his minutes. I love that he's a nobody. He's not important, he's just a guy trying to do the right thing. I was honestly shocked that he didn't get more upset about how he was tricked. That speaks to his level of trust and loyalty.

*holds plate out* "Please, may I have some more?"

Mixed feelings on this book (minor spoilers)

I will start by saying I found Ezo, the alien mate, to be absolutely charming! So sweet and easy to love. I love this type of romantic story where the male is from another planet. It allows for the male to be soft and innocent while still being strong and dreamy. Anna, the human mate, is frustratingly immature and absolutely shallow. To me, she basically uses Ezo to be able to see aliens and spaceships and to get pregnant so she can change into a dragoness like her friend. I do not like her and think she negatively affected my enjoyment of the story. Ezo deserves better than her. I'm not sure if author meant for Anna to be so shallow but I hope that any following books will have females that are likeable and deserve these wonderful males that will make them the center of their universe.
