Lovely as always
Jeremy is always lovely to listen to. I look for guided meditations featuring him, as one not only learns so much from the lessons he embeds in the meditations, but is also soothed and buoyed by the melodic sound of his voice.

Perfect way to start the day!
I’m so grateful I discovered this meditation series. I especially love the different types of meditation offered, from moving to visualization and more. I meditate on my own so are often put off by guided meditations but these are PERFECT, engaging, useful, inspiring, the best way to start my day.

Great way to start the morning
I was searching for some guided meditations and it turns out this one is free with an Audible membership, so I tried it out. Best one I’ve found, great guided meditations, and geared toward doing it in the morning to start your day. Checks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

Amazing, easy meditations!
If you find that meditations on your own is difficult, try these! Nice variety, under 15 minutes, and sets a wonderful tone for the day!

Great subtle movement when injured!
I’m unable to do a lot of activity or a lot of walking for that matter. This morning meditation has nice subtle activity along with visualization. It’s totally helping me feel good in my body!

A woman’s point of view
The stories fine, not quite as good as Davenport and Flowers novels, but good however this story is told from a woman’s point of view and while Richard Ferron is an excellent narrator why not use a woman for a woman story?
