Great book, not a great choice for narrator.

The narration of the book was so distracting I ended up having to buy the actual book to read. Very robotic, not storytelling. Hard enough to pay attention without zoning out from the lack of inflection.

That said, the content is fantastic and I will definitely read the book.

Incomplete understanding of ADHD

Author has an incomplete understanding of how ADHD works, especially for women. while there are some valuable and interesting tid bits, overall the book fed into ADHD stereotypes and did not embrace the nuance, particularly of inattentive ADHD (which is only "inattentive" from an outsiders perspective). The narrator was difficult to listen to and over-enunciated words and had odd rhythm and monotonous tone, which made paying attention difficult for me with my ADHD.
