ANYONE can benefit from this book!
My wife is about to turn 40. She has expressed being filled with a lot of different feelings about it. I can only imagine what the transition will feel like.
This is such an empowering read. Even with my wife in mind, I found myself personally so blessed by the material. There is so much celebration of life bursting forth in these words! Anyone listening will feel armed to conquer their next phase, whatever that might be!
The author gives you powerful tips and hacks to thrive in your journey. Not only explaining how but why they work. Which for me really helps solidify it. Overall, an awesome listen to make the most of this beautiful life we have!

Compassionate and Uplifting Guide!
Listening to "Joyful Transition for Women over 40", I felt a sense of reassurance and hope. Even though I'm in this stage, but I haven't personally gone through this stage yet, I've heard plenty of stories from friends ad family about the challenges and struggles that can come with menopause. Instead of focusing solely on the difficulties and discomforts, West emphasizes the potential for growth, empowerment, and joy during this transition, which I like because I like to be in a positive perspective. I believe everything has a solution for it. Therefore I know this tool will serve me well when the time comes.
