un salvavidas para una mente hiperactiva
Explica por que ocurre la sobrepensacion y, lo que es mas importante, proporciona pasos prácticos para liberarse de ella. Los ejercicios son simples pero efectivos. Me encontré implementando técnicas como ejercicios de aterrizaje y bloqueo de tiempo, que me han ayudado a reenfocarme y detener los interminables espirales de 'y si y 'debería haber.
