Not thrilled with background noise
Good clear voice from the reader, not whispery. Metal bowl noise sounded like bad feedback, not ocean waves. If the meditation is "inner shores" with palm trees and waves, I don't want metallic waves which at times clashed frequency with the voice, and almost overpowered it.

This needs to be re-recorded
For some reason, the background music and audio is unbelievably loud compared to the actual guided meditation. What's worse is that the backgrounds sounds are incredibly intrusive on the experience. At about 4-5 minutes in, there was an incredibly loud tone that I can only describe as feedback. It seems to be intentional, but it was incredibly stressful while making it impossible to focus.

Buzzing sound waaaay too loud
There’s something wrong with this title. At 3:12 a buzzing sound comes on and almost drowns out the narrator. Pity as the script is lovely. Could not stand it and stopped listening.
