I liked the not condemning approach. My wine problem goes hand-in-hand with a constant guilty conscience which in turn leads to more drinking.
My husband said to me: we can't be together if you drink! That wasn't enough to make me stop.
Just to hide it better. I think...
This book has opened my eyes.

THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM
Hello, my name is Robin Veerman. I have a real estate agency in Playa d'Aro Costa Brava Spain. In my job, I meet constantly business people with good jobs, managers, directors and also business owners like myself. I started to detect without asking who was drinking and who not. My guess was mostly right and my conclusion was that the not drinker has a healthier and more vital expression. I recognized many things in what Craig writes/says in this book. That's why I find it such a good book. It's written clearly by a person that has life experience. Graig I have stopped many times before with drinking. 100 days normally I did. This time with your book I stopped forever I decided and I feel no temptation at all. While I was a real fanatic good wines drinker. Your explanation is perfect really. I became a fan of you!!!! Thought Provoking
This book can definitely help a person with a change of perspective, possibly a change of life. I just finished it so I can’t speak to its efficacy yet but I can say it’s got me thinking. It was also a joy to listen to. His mood, attitude, and voice are all very pleasant and the fact that he shares personal experiences regarding alcohol use, abuse, and sobriety really helps bring you in, like speaking to a personal friend or trusted counselor. Definitely worth a listen for anyone struggling with this stuff.

Life changer
This book made me completely change my perception of alcohol. It enabled me to realize that, no matter how beautifully bottled and labeled; or how masterfully disguised in aromas and flavors alcohol is a highly addictive drug. I want more life changing books like this one.

exactly what I need
This book is genuinely entertaining plum full of useful information. Learning the value of standing up after I fall down in a very young age, this audible encourages me to conquer what I most struggle with. To un-wine at night. Due to a sometimes very stressful job it is hard to not turn to wine, tho it only be a couple glasses, I now see and understand why my brain says stop and my ego says go.

Excellent Book
If you could sum up How to Stop Drinking Wine in three words, what would they be?
One of the best stop drinking books written. He just got to the point on why drinking is not worth it.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from How to Stop Drinking Wine?
Stop drinking it will eventually kill you. Its a slow ugly process.

Read this and say Goodby to Alcohol
I tried everything I went from hard liquor to wine thinking less alcohol grade and the natural process of wine could satisfy my drinking problem just to to find out that is even worst.From $150.00 hypnosis sessions to other way of trying and errors this reading worth your attention. The supplements recommend in this book especially the 5htp will help you get thru alcohol issues and problems and I can only add the benefit of the b12 vitamin to aid in such difficult process.Wish you success in trying.
