everyone should strive to grow their self esteem
I had no idea how important self esteem was! Nathaniel Brandon hits on so many key points, reasons and provides relatable examples in this short but powerful read.

Hard to get past the dated music
This was recommended to me by my therapist. I find it helpful, but frankly, I'm having a really hard time getting past the Doogie Howser musical interludes...
