A must read
I absolutely loved this audiobook and found it so interesting! Growing up, my mom always shared tips and recipes on optimizing digestion and having a healthy gut. I remember taking probiotics and watching what kind of aliments we ate. Still, this book has so much more information and explanations on how it made a difference in our bodies. This book is an excellent guide for beginners and people who want a healthy gut, which also means a healthy body. I recommend this audiobook to any woman of any age.
